feat: add SubWallet wallet #459

Description

Adds isSubWallet flag to InjectedProviderFlags for SubWallet browser extension wallet. Objective is to allow SubWallet to be integrated with RainbowKit, which uses Wagmi InjectedProviderFlags type.
