Preventing "auto-supporting" a campaign when you sign in on CampaignDetailsPage. Added sign_in_start_full_url set cookie when you sign in so Twitter sign in takes you back to the campaign.

Added CampaignCommentsList to CampaignDetails page. First steps towards being able to private label the site. Changed HeaderBarLogo to component (from function) so we can react to an AppStore state change when private label information is loaded. Added switch in MainFooter to support We Vote footer vs. private labeled footer. Added SignInButton to top header bar in Desktop/Tablet sizes. Added DelayedLoads to reduce Cumulative Layout Shift. Main bundle has increased from 341 KiB to 400 KiB, but performance on home page has increased back up to 93.
