Updated all plugins to the latest version
Twitter and Facebook work on an untethered phone using a build from
XCode. They no longer work in the emulator -- this is probably due to
new security restrictions.
Updated Cordova to Version 9, which is a big change, and the platforms
were updated too. Version 9, comes with default versions for the plugins
and the platforms.
