Share modal obscures Sign in modal

  1. On Cordova device when you are NOT signed in, go to the Ballot page
  2. Click the share button at bottom of screen
  3. Click "Ballot"
  4. Click "Include your opinions" The Sign in modal appears behind the Share modal. In the WebApp browser, the SignInModal opens on top.
