Fixes for WV-442 (As a political data manager, whenever I add additional candidates in the "Add Endorsers Box" with a Michael first name, it only finds and returns to Michael B Moore) and WV-444 (When using the Endorsement Websites "Capture" function, display an error if the Twitter Handle entered doesn't exist on Twitter).
