If we want to upgrade logic:
1) Deploy new LM Factory 2) Re-deploy all the new LM contracts 3) Users in each LM Contract migrate(newLM) this moves their position from old to new 4) the re-balance bot moves as well, eventually stops rebalancing old LM 5) Old LM deprecated
