[Feature Request] Add 'Open link' support for local file uri

Hi,

Thanks you for you work. A feature you may find interesting is to be able to open 'file:///' link url pointing to local file system.

Example of use cases:

• open qr code that references local document folder
• open qr code that references local pdf file
• open qr that references local music track etc...
