I am facing the same issue. I am using Mac OS Sierra and Processing 3.3. I connected Kinect 1414.

Please suggest a solution for the same.

Thanks in advance!

I am using Processing 3.3 with a Kinect for Xbox One v2 on Windows 10. It works with the KinectPV2 library by Thomas Lengeling, but trying to use the simple-openni library I get the same message. Looking forward to any suggestion. Thanks.

Facing the same issue than MilanMeetKaur, Moreover, I understood that some files must be dowloaded, one by one because of their sizes. Are you sure these are the only files within the whole zip download that bring me problem?

wexstorm commented 7 years ago

Hi, sorry for the delay. Are you using a Mac? On newer MacBooks (Force Touch) the USB connection won't work. I'm facing the same issues at the moment.

Hi, I'm using a Macbook Pro mid-2012 13" i5 2.5 GHz. To be right, the single thing i have to do is to clone your repositery in the Libraries directory?

Hello! I could set Simple Openni with processing 3.3.6 and Kinect V1! The information is in the next link:

https://github.com/totovr/Processing/tree/Processing-3.3.6

Also I can use it with Processing 2.2.1
