Make various improvements to code and functionality

• Added a simple caching system that can be pickled in the future
• Added a grimoire command
• Added a get_membership command to reduce code duplication
• Fixed functionality of xur and triumph commands

There are some issues. I figured a few out but need help on the rest. And maybe some guide on git etiquette for pulls requests peering. :)
