Is there a way to get the MQTT to query the temperature more frequently? I've got an automation that tells me when the kettle has hit a temp higher than 200F degrees (target temp is 212F). However there seems to be some latency between when it hits that temp and when it reads the temp from the kettle. As much as about 5 minute it seems. I was wondering if there was any option to change the frequency of how often it checks the current temp of the Kettle. Thanks!
