The add-on has been fantastic and I love that it was able to control many more features, however, I started noticing an issue with my H619E strip lights in dreamview mode only. They are connected in a group with the TV lights so the whole room is producing the same colours, it's cool, but every few minutes, I noticed a small white flash coming from each LED in the H619E - I tried many different options to try and fix this and ended up contacting Govee who supplied me with a brand new strip, nice!
I have the same setup in my bedroom and noticed flashing happening on those H619C too, I thought it was weird that both strip lights started breaking at the same time.
So, before I installed the new strips, I just wanted to try some other potential fixes first (cos it'd be a hell of a job), I tried using the old Govee LAN Control app and the problem stopped...
So for the past few weeks, I have been back using Govee LAN Control, but with this app, I have to do a lot of my scripts/automations via Alexa. I do miss being able to do everything within HA.
