Add zola plus fixes #94

hi there,

really cool website, love the idea!

when reading at the submission page, i noticed Zola wasn't mentioned, so i thought to add that. while i did that, i also caught some broken links to cobalt itself in the readme and submit page as well, so i fixed those.
