.na causes .nf c blocks to come out left aligned in HTML #34

After disabling justification with the .na directive, .nf c and .ce come out as left aligned in the HTML (lat1/utf output is centered).

.na .nf c Left aligned in HTML .nf- .ad .nf c Centered in HTML .nf-

Thanks for the report. I'm in Nebraska taking care of some family matters but I should be able to find time to work on this.

Fixed (I think) in develop branch.
