I've tested this using 9 previously posted ppgen projects, and the .bin files seem to work in GG and PPQT. The output files that would go to PPV and to PG are identical to what ppgen currently creates.

It's also been through a project of Sonya's successfully. And Carolyn is testing one as we speak, but I think it's ready for integration into the official develop version at this point.

Walt, are you ready for me to merge it also into master? Hope so, but you get the final say.

Let's wait for Carolyn's results this weekend. If it works OK for her, then I'd say it's as ready as it's going to get :)
