Add basic implementation of sidenote dot command .sn #75

This adds a new dot command .sn to handle sidenotes. It's a very basic implementation that mirrors the functionality of the existing macro currently used to handle sidenotes. Takes one argument (sidenote text).

Plenty of room for improvement here.

David -- It would be better to merge this into a new branch, rather than into Develop. You should be able to edit your pull request (if I remember correctly) to change the branch you want to merge into. If so, please merge into branch Sidenote instead.

If you can't edit it, please close this one and recreate the pull as one into branch Sidenote.
