the download location has changed to http://golang.org/dl/ for go versions larger than 1.2 #9

Check the version that has been requested and select the correct download location. Also changed curl command to display progress bar

:+1: Verified that #7 breaks downloads for old go versions (tried 1.1 and 1.0.1).
