Ingest the spectrum files we have

• @Ross-ROE reported that this had stopped but that @dr-bob will start again

• Rob has ingested but it is a 2 part process
• giraffe is done, uvis is next but ingest failed
• now investigating why it failed

• not yet know what is the cause of the issue
• lots of code to go through
• Euclid quiet so @Ross-ROE will investigate

• Ross looking at Clive's code regarding foreign key incompatibility to try resolve the issue#
• they previously said they would let us know when they are ready

• Still investigating Clive D's code.
• Ran a few tests
• Still do not have the final data from Cambridge anyway.
• Contacted them in mid-Nov but no reply so will contact again in new year

• code still not working
• investigated further : there is not a one-to-one correspondence between spec frame and spectras instead there are dummy files.
• now trying to understand why
