As discussed at 03/NOV/23 six month review meeting, Eckhard will write this paper when data is a Easter Bush.

@MikeeRead and @astrodb is the data at Easter Bush so @esutorius can write the paper

paper can be started before the data is at Easter Bush. Data will not be at Easter Bush until all the new hardware is operational

@bobmann has started an outline of the paper in Overleaf, using the template for RAS Techniques and Instruments.

One question is what we do about VPHAS+. The OSA contains VPHAS+ DR3, but not DR4. Were we not involved in DR4? Can/should we get the DR4 products from ESO, so that the OSA will be complete for VPHAS+ as well as ATLAS?

Bob writing the skeleton, noticed that the last release (DR3) was not added in.
need to decide what to do about the paper if only have the data
@wfastrononomer will check the email history

Bob has emailed Tom Shanks about the Chilean U band file listings. WAITING FOR reply
For OSA paper need to decide if ATLAS only or if want to include VFAS then need to include the extra files. Need Nick to understand how long this will take.

@bobmann received confirmation in an email of 24/AUG/24 from SHANKS, THOMAS tom.shanks@durham.ac.uk, that Chilean u-band data can be included in the OSA paper.
