Check why don't compress option isn't working in Automator/cu13

Ultravista mosaics, but not confident images seem to be compressed - not sure why.

Code should skip compression. Check why? Added code that should complete it, but didn't seem to. Add some logging.

Turns out that CU3 compresses the images even when left uncompressed!!

• still looking at this since pipeline is falling over due to the compress. Numbers though are ok.
• need to add more logging

• need to look in CU3 and see if can turn off compression
• may need to speak to @esutorius about this

• now understand what is going on
• compress happens in CU3
• no more work will be done on this.
• if necessary will do uncompress in dual image pipeline
