We've reached agreement to create a new Git source code repo for this under this Science Archives project on Github.
We'll use the Github to manage documentation via its wiki feature and the README.md of the Git source code repo.
Initially I'll create a new set of source code in a SATOOLS module that will mimic the old WSATOOLS module but will be Python3 and using the new database adaptor and VM file system, and then create a mock MOONS curation script based on GES curation / data for now.
Github can also be used with Github actions to run any unit tests we create.
