Check that vmcVariablesType has been set correctly.

It hasn't in a test DB, where the table wasn't created, but check VSA.

Do I need to add a foreign key constraint!

Need foreign key constraint, but issue - if error, vmcVariablesType can sometimes be filled but other table not. Do delete?
