DR3 schema is missing four variability tables

In the course of closing out the ingest of DR3 I've noticed that the following four variability tables

• vari_cepheid
• vari_rotation_modulation
• vari_rrlyrae
• vari_summary

are missing from gaiadr3_pyspark_schema_structures.py in the gaiadmpsetup module. This has been traced to a bug in the code that generates the python definition from the XML metadata in the Gaia DR3 data model (tables that inherit from a base definition are inadvertently skipped).

For completeness and to close out the ingests this should be fixed.
