Enable ceph-fuse debugging #417

Enable the debug information available in the ceph-fuse client and see if we can give Cambridge more info on what commands are slow with the CephFS mounts.

Change to kernel mount debugging instead.

Change this to low priority because we can probably get what we need from the Prometheus monitoring.
