Track issues with Python-3.8 #637

There is a known issue with Zeppelin and Python-3.8.

Related:

Looks like it is fixed in Python, but we need to wait for Zeppelin to catch up.

This blocks us from updating the version of Fedora we use, #473.

Deployment with Rocky 8.6 and Python 3.8 and Zeppelin Version 0.10.1-gaia-dmp-0.1 is successful.
