Keep track of important snippets #715

We should create a page that lists important snippets of information that we need to keep track of.

A good way of publishing things like this is a individual GitHub gists. We could then create a wiki page that lists all of our useful gists.

It is also a good way of getting them indexed and noticed by external search engines. Google searches for technical questions often includes GitHub gists in the results. Getting your gists recommended by Google is not a bad thing.
