Currently, the following images are being shown when I build locally but aren't being shown on the public book site:

mimic/ mimic-physionet.md

(../images/access.png) (../images/lightwave.png)

context.md (../images/bidmc3.png)

removed the leading []! above so it wouldn't try to render

The images weren't added properly in a previous pull request. Fixed in #58 .
