Decompiler: Texture axes in Quake 3 maps #8

Currently texture axes on faces in Quake 3 maps are made up on the spot and set 
to arbitrary values. I found a snippet of code in the Q3 source for making an 
"ideal" texture axis from a plane, might be what I need.
