The initial idea was to add XML Sitemap as a dependency but as there are 2 options. We shouldn't dictate which module is used with HTML Auditor and instead should:
[x] document in the README that one of the above modules should be installed in order to generate the XML site map.
[x] Add a warning on the reports page (/admin/reports/status) that one of the 2 modules should be installed.
