On the configuration page (/admin/config/html-auditor), the field:
/admin/config/html-auditor
Last modified date e.g: (2015-09-01T12:00:00+00:00 or 2015-09-01)
Should instead allow the user to specify the number of hours less than the current time.
The field should be displayed to the user as follows:
Audit pages modified since [field] hours Only audit pages which have been modified within this many hours.
