On installation, we currently have a hard dependency on one of XML sitemap or Simple XML sitemap which means the install will fail unless one of them is also installed.
We should remove this hard dependency and instead:
Install HTML Auditor without either XML sitemap or Simple XML sitemap
Change the install error to a warning with the text:
You should install one of XML Sitemap or Simple XML sitemap to generate an sitemap.xml file in order to fully take advantage of HTML Auditor.
The same message should appear on: /admin/reports/status
