Implement Drupal watchdog logging for the following conditions:

[x] Fetching an HTML page, the html-fetch tool returns an error
[x] Performing an HTML5 audit, the html5-audit tool returns an error
[x] Performing an accessibility audit, the a11y-audit tool returns an error
[x] Performing a link scan, the link-audit tool returns an error
