support international birding -- taxonomy #19

  1. find and import worldwide species table and families table 2a. match rows in existing species table with worldwide table (using latin names) 2b. match rows in existing families table with worldwide table (using latin names)
  2. migrate species abbreviations to worldwide species table
  3. add column for alternate / local species common names
  4. migrate species_id in photos, sightings from old species table to new worldwide species table
