#212 Include oh-my-zsh install instructions in README

Saw #212 and thought I'd submit a PR instead of leaving the oh-my-zsh install instructions within an open issue :)

@EquineOntology Thanks for your submission! I assume you verified that this works? I don't think we have any oh-my-zsh users among the maintainers here, but since there are several thumbs up on the original issue, I would simply accept this.

@cjappl @wfxr If I don't hear anything opposing from your side I will merge this by next week.
