The problem? : Can only enchant dispensers in creative.

What you expect to happen: TO enchant them.

What actually happened: it did not work.

Steps to reproduce. try to anvil a book and a dispenser

This is for keeping track of this bug.

Fixed. A bit hacky but it works.
