Exercise creation: Alternative exercise names are missing #1733

Steps to Reproduce

Create a new exercise Go to description Go back

Expected results:

Alternative names should be listed here.

Actual results: Empty input field

Additionally: Alternative names are not shown in the summary before the exercise can be saved. Neither for the original nor the translation.
