A lot of bodyweight excercises can be done with added weight (pull ups, planks, dips). I don't think that makes them less of a bodyweight excercise, as usually most of the weight moved/held during execution still comes from one's body.
Probably it is a bit overkill to hide the field completely but at least renaming it would be a good idea
For example when you choose body weight the field for the weight is still visible and accessible in the workout.
The alert should be different for every setting, not only hiding the textfield but also updating the description when you choose for example Kilometers per hour.
The same applies to repetitions, until failure, kilometers, and so on.
