Thin section photo problems to investigate

The cross-polar image for thin section #2076 does not match up with the plane-polar image. It appears to be a repeat of thin section 2075's XPL image.

Another mixup of photos: thin sections 4147 and 4148 seem to have both photos incorrect. thin section 4149 has its cross-polar marked ppl and its plane-polar image is missing

Cross-polar images with white backgrounds: 16418 - 16741

Many of these missing images are in the 'Retakes' folder... which has 930 photos, but some are duplicates of the same thin section. We will need to decide which pair to keep for each thin section, then make sure they get replaced in the online folder.

• [x] Go through the retakes folder and copy the ones that we do want to use as replacements
• [x] Create thumbnails (run PS batch that applies image resize to 300px wide and appends _thumb to filename)
• [x] Make sure the file names are correct for replacing in the web folder
• [x] Replace full-size images
• [x] Replace thumbnail images
• [ ] Clean up this issue and create a new issue for lingering problems
