Put a new website up #30

The wrecked games website doesn't exist anymore. It would be a good thing to use the GitHub pages system instead. We have issues and PR's coments, and Freenode #OIS to discuss problems, so we don't need a forum anymore. It would also be an easy way to put online some documentation generated with Doxygen.

/docs contains the generated website using GitHub pages. Need to put documentation online.
