sound error with osX #209

Playing sounds on osX gives a 'clicking' noise instead of normal sound
effects.

I don't have access to a computer with osX on it to confirm this issue. Can 
someone 
with osX please confirm if this is still a problem?

It's been another month and I have not heard one way or another if this issue
