remove translation code #211

Currently MoonPy has code for translation purposes left over from openRTS
however it is not actually being utilized with no plans to actually
implement foreign languages. Also if foreign languages were to be done it
would be easier to start this from the beginning or use a different system
where there is documentation and it's complete so this should be removed
for better efficiency.
