need defense animations #227

Currently it can be difficult to tell when an AA or shield has prevented
damage or if the shot just missed. An animation showing this happening
would be useful.

I have this fully implemented for all normal shots, I'm having issues with the
mines/clusters due to the fact they are 'split shots'.
