Currently MoonPy won't launch under windows giving error in moon.py line 36

except ImportError, err:

SyntaxError: invalid syntax

confirmed issue does not occur with linux (ubuntu).

bug was caused by incompatibility with python 3.x, we are not planning on 
upgrading
to python 3.x at this time so no action will be taken.
