Units need animating #241

Currently all units are static but there is still leftover openRTS unit
animation code in there. We either need to use this code or trim it out, I
think I would prefer using it to animate things like the radar dish on the
anti-air.

Eliminating PIL dependencies have prevented us from using the openRTS animation 
code.
If this is going to happen we will need to code it ourselves. This won't be 
done in
the near future.
