client/server desyncs on disconnect/reconnect. #272

Players are removed on the server side on a disconnect however if a player 
has joined a game, adds some hotseat/bots, then reconnects, it creates a 
desync between the client and server. The client needs to reset all of the 
player/client lists every time it either hosts or joins a game to prevent 
this.
