new GUI #274

While the GUI we have no is useable it's a pretty ugly mess. It would be
nice to have a more responsive and more feature filled GUI. A possible
alternative is: 
http://www.pygame.org/project-Albow-338-853.html
However replacing the GUI would be a massive rewrite of almost the entire
code so this belongs more or less on the wishlist.

Learning how to code sockets in python I've found that the networking code 
could do 
much better by eliminating twisted entirely as well. I am considering doing a 
complete rewrite of MoonPy from scratch with a new GUI and new networking. This 
would allow us to remove the openRTS code which was great to start with but is 
pretty obsolete by this point and is more holding us back.
