Twurple has shoutout method now. https://github.com/twurple/twurple/commit/de6db846493e29910756821ccc2aedcc1f8be4a3#diff-73137219b55063fab915a4a71466ec505953ace3224bea398a97b520c2d06c20R320 should migrate.
