How to get map for navigation #62

I was able to run this on the test bag, but I don't see a map for navigation, just pointclouds. I am looking for either some kind of occupancy grid map or octomap. Is there a parameter or related repo for that?

Resolved, just added octomap processing myself (followed this suggestion on ROS answers).
