Bluetooth on device work but not available in app

What does your "on Device" refers to?

App say "Bluetooth is not available" when i press "Search RFCOMM" or "Search BLE" button

Did you give it the permissions?

I give all permissions. Android 14. EDIFIER W820NB Plus.

I'm not sure if it's something related to the HyperOS... Could you please try the following steps?

  1. Open the app
  2. Click the "Device(设备)" at the left bottom corner 10 times
  3. Click "Search BLE(搜索BLE设备)"
  4. Go to the “Dev Output(调试输出)” tab and copy the messages in it
  5. Paste the messages there (You can replace the real device name with xxxxxx if you want. You can also replace the MAC address with AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF)

It looks like the app doesn't get the permission
