所有的数据集的DO NOT CARE都忽略吗？ #147

看到论文里说

During training, we ignore the blurred text regions labeled as DO NOT CARE in all datasets.

IC15的数据集读取忽略了DO NOT CARE，但是看到读取CTW的代码里tag都是true，会对结果有影响吗？ 另外Total-text考虑DO NOT CARE吗？
