Update brw_stats test fixtures #79

Moved all multiline strings to fixtures and updated the lctl output with the new block maps msec field.

Only the partial ones, that are testing only one header at a time. This somewhat takes care of back-compat ensuring that partial outputs (with only a few sections) are supported.
